How often will my home be occupied?

Our property management services maximise income through high occupancy and optimum pricing. Using various rental platforms like Airbnb, we ensure that each listing is consistently generating income. For those who also live in the home on occasion, our holiday management system works around your schedule to make sure that your home is always clean and ready for you when required.

What happens if something is damaged during a guest house?

TAMM prides itself in a careful vetting process that ensures guests staying in your home will take good care of it. Before and after each guest, the home is carefully inspected. In the event of damage, we handle all aspects and correct the situation. Airbnb offers a Host Guarantee that protects hosts worldwide if damage occurs during an Airbnb occupancy. We will also implement our own policies, such as guest deposits to mitigate this risk.

I have an empty property I would like to list? Can you help?

Absolutely. TAMM offers full porter service and interior design — we can have your home prepared for listing without taking up your valuable time. This management service is recommended for investment properties, as our design and listing experts will stage for maximum revenue.

Does it matter when I list?

The sooner your home or apartment is listed, the sooner you can generate revenue. An important part of Airbnb success is the ratings guests leave after each visit. Once your property is listed, our Airbnb management begins generating quality ratings that increase booking frequency and revenue. Airbnb is relatively new to Dubai. With its increasing popularity comes growth in traffic and revenue that are immediately beneficial to the homeowner. This is an optimal time to use TAMM’s Airbnb management services to list and manage your property for short-term letting.

Can i list on Airbnd on my own?

Yes. Due to new policies, you can now list your property independently. It requires applying for a holiday home licence with Dubai Tourism, listing through Airbnb, and maintaining your home and listing. You will need to have a contact person in Dubai if you are not local during bookings, register guests’ passports with Dubai Tourism, and pay monthly fees.

IS TAMM licensed?

Yes. We are a fully licensed Holiday Homes operator in Dubai. We follow all recent regulations, according to the DET (Dubai Economy and Tourism Department) formally DTCM.
